Neue Redundanz
A degree thesis and project seeking the link between digital and analogue media.

Neue Redundanz is a magazine that focuses on the development of our fast paced and
information-driven age. The different aspects of our hypermedial world are to be analysed in a serious manner, as
well as a humorous one.
The publication is comprised of articles, short stories, poems and an assortment of illustrations and photographs. These
all stem from a variety of authors and collaborators. I oversaw the editorial design as well as the art direction of the
magazine.
Neue Redundanz is the practical counterpart to my degree thesis on the topic of ‘dataism’. The latter of which seeks to
analyse the processes behind our information age, as well as make light of its data-based media, technology and social
implications.
Both publications offer an analogue view of a digital world.
